Read about Us in this months’ Issue of the Careers 360 Magazine
Career 360, September 2010 issue talks about Social Media as a career option and we are in it. Our very own Songita B. Verma and Clinton Jeff talk about their daily routine and how Social Media, as a career option is beneficial.
Starting the day with posting on Twitter and Facebook and ending it with Flickr and YouTube sounds really interesting and at the end of the month having a heavy pocket, what else one desire? And this is what we do at Bloggers’ Mind.
Social Media is growing at a high pace and big names want a stake in it. The future sure does embrace Social Media with both its hands.
Our “Nokia N97 Search for N campaign” and our innovative “Ovi Music India: Tag your Music” also found a great view for itself in Career 360 magazine. We are much obliged to be placed at number four on the list of the Social Media agencies in India.
So it is celebration times yet again, come join us.
Foursquare Gets A Mighty 100 Million Checkins
The news spread across the globe whilst it came on the twitter stream of Tristan Walker, head of the Business Development, Foursquare. Yes It is celebration time for Foursquare as they have made a grand 100 million check-in yesterday.
The year has been sunny and bright with nearly 1 million check-ins taking place everyday. Recently foursquare even covered a 40 million checkin in May 2010.They hit 1 million users in April and 2 million just last week.
Foursquare and its competitors are ensuring that they do their part in creating location based services to gain more users and acceptance. With more and more brands associating with the geolocation offered by Foursquare and its competitors, a positive shift has been seen in the search for location specific data and location-based networking.
It’s exciting to anticipate what foursquare has in its kitty next.

Will Google Firehose bring the next big wave in Social Media Analytics?
We have often been part of debates around Social Data, its authenticity and the volume of results. There’s no straight answer to really how much is good or rather how much is enough, but Google Buzz has set all of us thinking. Can this bring the next big wave in the world of Social Analytics, especially with Google’s recent announcement of Google Buzz Firehose?
Buzz Firehose will give the developers access to all public activity as they are published with a single subscription, thanks to syndication via PubSubHubbub. Google is on a roll as the news came after their launch of Buzz results in Google Social Search a couple weeks ago. Some big and familiar names have partnered the launch of firehose such as re Collecta, Gnip, OneRiot, Postrank Analytics, and Superfeedr’s Track.
Firehose will surely adorn the Buzz by giving out a more refined result. So it’s a big thumbs up for Google Buzz and its igniting firehose.
